Job Description:
This role requires the following:
• Develop your skills to build our brand in the market through business
development opportunities with existing and targeted clients.
To excel in this role, you should be a highly motivated and talented performer,
looking to join a Transaction Services M&A practice.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in financial due diligence or similar complex
financial assignments, or audit experience with acquisitive businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting; postgraduate qualification
(CA, CFA, Masters in Applied Finance, or MBA) is preferred.
• Experience with large datasets and analytical tools is an advantage.
• Strong familiarity with the broader deal-oriented process and environment.
• Structured thinker with strong analytical and financial skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
